It Was Something / It Was Nothing
One in an ongoing series of prints in reaction to the COVID pandemic, "It Was Something / It Was Nothing" was a reminder to myself about how there are two sides to every story, how different parts of me can respond differently to the same events.
It was also an experiment with printing with florescent inks, and in taking a photo I discovered that it’s impossible to do justice to the result, so you’ll have to trust me that there’s more to these than meets the digital eye. The “It Was Nothing,” in particular, printed in florescent yellow in reversed type, makes my iPhone’s brain explode when trying to focus.
Regardless, the psychotherapeutic result was achieved.
Printed on a 1915 Golding Jobber No. 8 letterpress on in florescent pink and florescent yellow on standard unlined index cards. Two cards included in each packet, one of each.
